Update On BeachBody Ultimate Reset!! Hit or Miss?!
I wanted so much to love this product!! I love BeachBody their workout programs/systems are fantastic and so much fun! But this was definitively a MISS! I didn't really have to change my diet or cut out coffee because well I was and am already on a very healthy diet/food plan; and I'm not a big coffee drinker (although I do love me some Starbucks Frappucinos!) Anyways back to the Ultimate Reset I was surprised that I was going through this Reset so easily! I had no with drawls or any craving or headaches no feeling tired or weak etc. So I completed Week 1 easily, piece of cake a breeze, or a walk through the park. :p Onto Week 2 The Detox week... well this one ugh the drinks were just terrible the taste and smell just made me gag! I followed a strict time schedule I had about a million alarms set for everyday. I did everything I was suppose to do, but I wasn't feeling any changes, nothing! So sad to say I actually returned the Ultimate Reset for a full REFUND!! Thank goodness. I guess it doesn't work for everyone, but thats ok Ill be getting my money back $$$

NAPOLEON OF HEIRLOOM TOMATOES AND MOZZARELLA
"Tomatoes are low in calories and a good source of fiber -- known to lower bad cholesterol and increase heart health," says Brennecke. With the added protein from the mozzarella, this is a healthy, filling option.
Ingredients:
1 medium red tomato
1 medium yellow tomato
4 ounces fresh mozzarella
1 cup chopped fresh basil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Prep:
1. Slice each tomato into 4 equal slices.
2. Cut the mozzarella into 8 thin slices, each weighing 1/2 ounce.
3. Combine the basil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and toss together.
4. To build a napoleon, place 1 red tomato slice on a plate and top with 1 mozzarella slice. Place a yellow tomato slice on the mozzarella and top the tomato with another slice of mozzarella.
5. Top each napoleon with 1/4 cup basil-vinegar mixture.

Healthy Snack Roasted Edamame
ROASTED EDAMAME
This is a great snack as it is high in protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and fiber, says Brennecke. Fiber actually "traps" carbohydrates and slows their digestion and absorption, which helps prevent blood sugar levels from spiking throughout the day. (Translation: It keeps you from reaching for unhealthy, sugar-filled snacks for a quick pick-me-up).
Ingredients:
1 pound frozen shelled edamame (green soybeans)
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
Prep:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly spray a baking sheet with canola oil spray.
2. Thaw and drain the edamame in a colander. Pat dry.
3. Toss the edamame, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a large bowl. Spread the edamame evenly on the baking sheet and roast for 50 to 60 minutes, or until golden.

Beachbody Ultimate Reset (day 4)
BeachBody Ultimate Reset
The Ultimate Reset is a 21 day program/system designed to help you lose weight, increase energy and lower cholesterol. In 21 days it will help your body get rid of toxins you have been taking in for decades, it will restore your body to its optimal health. Making you healthier then you have ever been.
It comes with 6 different supplements, an introduction dvd, a little Ultimate Reset Pouch to carry your supplements in when your on the go, a cooking class dvd to help you make the meals provided in the Ultimate Reset Program and Nutrition Guide, also a Ultimate Reset Bracelet. The meal plan is 3 different stages for 1 for each week. The meals so far have been DELICIOUS! and very filling, while still being healthy fulfilling meals!
It is 30 day money back guaranteed!
I recently received my Ultimate Reset 4 days ago, so today is my fourth day. I have read other peoples reviews where they say they are having headaches from mild-severe, that they are having coffee withdrawls, and they feel sluggish and tired. I do not have any of those sysmptoms, coffee I don't drink I do enjoy a frappucino every now and then though (Especially the Starbuck Mocha Cookie Crumble)DELISH! I have been doing great with NO ALCOHOL, I wake up feeling better then usual, not tired, no headaches, I'm not sluggish at all.
I set alarms to remind myself when to take a dose of the reset and when to eat. The only thing that kills me and will continue to kill me during this 21 day Ultimate Reset is that I can't do any intense workouts! The most I can do is some pilates, yoga, stretching and walking. I'm a total cardio lover, I love HIIT workouts. So that is the only struggle during this.
I really recommend you give it a try I mean you have nothing to lose because in 30 days you can get a full refund!!
My results so far even with me only being on my fourth day of the Ultimate Reset I've lost 2lbs, and my tummy looks flatter, which to me means my bloating is going down :)
